You may have heard this called All-on-4 or All-on-X. Both describe the same idea: a full arch of teeth held in place by a small number of implants. "All-on-X" means the number of implants is chosen for your bone and bite, not fixed at four. Dr. Saleh decides that number case by case.
Been told you don't have enough bone for implants? Zygomatic implants may still be an option. These are priced per case after an evaluation.

All-on-4 uses four implants to hold a full arch of teeth. All-on-X uses the number of implants your jaw actually needs, which may be four or more. The result is the same: fixed teeth that don't come out.
