A Secure Fit, Without the Slipping

Snap-in dentures combine the comfort of a removable denture with the stability of dental implants. A few strategically placed implants anchor your denture to your jaw, and it snaps on and off with ease for daily cleaning.

The result is a fit that feels secure, looks natural, and lets you get back to the foods and moments you’ve been avoiding.

Not sure if snap-in dentures or full mouth implants are the right fit? Start with a complimentary Smile Candidacy Review, and Dr. Saleh will give you an honest recommendation.

‍

Snap-In Dentures vs. Traditional Dentures

Traditional dentures rest on your gums, which is why they can slip, rub, and need adhesive. Snap-in dentures are anchored to dental implants, so they stay secure while you eat, speak, and laugh. They also put steady pressure on your jawbone the way natural teeth do, which helps keep it strong, and they still come out easily for daily cleaning.

If you want teeth that never come out, full mouth implants are a fixed option. Dr. Saleh will walk you through all three and recommend what fits your jaw, your goals, and your budget.

Is a Snap-In Denture Right for You?

Snap-in dentures are a great fit if you wear dentures now and are tired of them slipping, clicking, or needing adhesive. They may be right for you if you:

  • Are missing most or all of your teeth in the upper or lower jaw
  • Wear dentures that feel loose or uncomfortable
  • Avoid certain foods or hold back when you laugh or talk
  • Want a more secure fit without committing to a fixed full set of teeth

Every mouth is different. Dr. Saleh will review your jawbone and your goals, then give you an honest recommendation, even if that means suggesting full mouth implants or another option instead.

How Long Does It Last?

With proper care, your implant can last a lifetime — it fuses directly with your jawbone and never decays. Your crown typically lasts 15–25+ years, resistant to chipping, staining, and wear far beyond what a bridge or partial denture can offer. It's not just a replacement tooth — it's a permanent one.

Each zirconia arch is built from high-strength materials — engineered to look, feel, and fit as good years from now as it does on day one. If it ever falls short of our standard, we'll replace it for free, backed by our 5-year guarantee .¹ So you can keep going with confidence.

Vancouver, WA Vista Dental Implants outside view
What are dental implants?

Full-arch, or more commonly known as All-on-4 or full mouth implants, are a permanent way to replace missing or failing teeth. A small implant post is placed in your jawbone to act as a new tooth root. Once it heals and bonds with the bone, a custom-made tooth, or a full set of teeth, is secured on top.

Because implants are anchored in the jaw, they stay put. They don’t slip or click like dentures, and they let you eat, speak, and smile comfortably. They also help keep your jawbone strong, since they replace the root as well as the tooth.

At Vista Dental Implants, Dr. Saleh places every implant himself, and your teeth are crafted in our own on-site lab. The result is a smile that’s truly yours: one you can eat with, laugh with, and stop thinking about.

Who is a candidate for dental implants?

You may be a candidate for full mouth dental implants if you're missing multiple teeth, dealing with failing or broken teeth that can't be saved, or tired of dentures that slip, click, or hold you back from eating what you love. If tooth loss has you covering your smile, avoiding certain foods, or you're just ready for a permanent fix instead of another dental patch job, full mouth dental implants could be the solution built for you.

How long do dental implants last?

With proper care, dental implants can last a lifetime.

Is the procedure painful?

Depending on what implant procedure a patient is receiving, it may be performed under I.V. Sedation or a combination of local anesthesia and moderate I.V. Sedation. Additionally, Dr. Saleh will prescribe medications to make the healing process more tolerable. These medications are to be taken as needed. Many patients are fine with a combination of Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen.

How much do dental implants cost?

The cost varies depending on the number of implants and any additional surgical enhancements needed. At Vista Dental, a single full arch starts at $13,995, not including extractions or bone grafts, and we work with an amazing array of financing partners to make treatment possible for you.

How long does the dental implant process take?

The full process, including healing time, typically takes several months — though every smile is different, and Dr. Saleh will walk you through a timeline built around your individual treatment plan.

Are dental implants safe?

Yes! Dental implants are a safe, well-established, FDA approved treatment. Dr. Saleh  has placed over 10,000 implants and has over 25 years of experience, so you're in good hands.

Can I get dental implants if I have dentures?

Yes, implants can be used to support dentures for a more stable and secure fit.
